Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
Our returns policy would be dependant on the product you purchased, if the product is customised then it cannot be returned. However, if there are faults in the product produced then please contact me with images of the issues. No refunds will be offered unless there is a clear defect with the product which occurred during the production of the print and you have followed the washing guidelines.
If it is genuinely damaged then a free replacement will be sent out with all costs covered by myself.
